Refund & Cancellation Policy

Assistance fees are charged only for our service, not for government fees, which are non-refundable through us.

If you cancel before work starts, the assistance fee is refunded in full. Once work has begun, a proportionate amount may be deducted.

Refunds, if due, are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days. Contact us to raise a request.
